Cancellation Policy

Everyone's time is valuable. Cancellations and rescheduling affects how efficiently we can serve our clients. We are a small business and our success depends on clients being respectful to our schedule and availability. As of May 2022, We are now requiring deposits on all services due to the increased amount of last minute cancellations. **DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS DONE 48HRS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.** **It is at our discretion to put your deposit towards a future appointment when there are unforeseen emergency cancellations within that 48hr timeframe. Please note that it would be a one time only exception if we choose to allow it.
